Australia Trip

Dad has not been very good at updating the blog lately :-( Here are some pictures from our trip to Australia back in April. We had a great time catching up with everyone. The weather wasn't great, but we had a good time nonetheless.

Eliza's space on the plane - she was great considering it was a 28 hour door-to-door trip
Eliza and Mum at the Kiama Blowhole - For those unfamiliar with the natural phenomena that are blowholes, it is basically a cave that faces the ocean which has an opening in its roof. So when waves crash into the cave the water shoots out the hole in the roof. How high it shoots depends on how big the waves are.

Nanna and Eliza looking at a Wombat (native Australian marsupial) at the Featherdale Wildlife Park

Eliza and Nanna patting a Wallaby, smaller than a Kangaroo

Eliza's first bicycle ride with Aunty Heidi

Mum and Dad decided puddles are worth playing in.... and Eliza wholeheartedly agreed

Nanna set up a tent in the living room which provided lots of fun for everyone
