Bringing You Up-to-Date

Bedtime is fun for everyone and generally involves reading books, wrestling and some singing and dancing - this is the dancing.
This is the reading
This is the wrestling
Mothers Day in Queens was very nice - and we got to meet cousin Steve and Debbie's little boy John. Full of confidence from her experience with her baby-doll, Eliza was ready for her turn with John.

Eliza and Dad love to play with the blocks together - Dad is the builder, Eliza is the demolisher
Bubbles are still one of Eliza's favourite things, though her attention has shifted to blowing them as well as popping them.
Eliza LOVES playing in the little pool on the patio, and would stay in there all day if we would let her

Australia Trip

Dad has not been very good at updating the blog lately :-( Here are some pictures from our trip to Australia back in April. We had a great time catching up with everyone. The weather wasn't great, but we had a good time nonetheless.

Eliza's space on the plane - she was great considering it was a 28 hour door-to-door trip
Eliza and Mum at the Kiama Blowhole - For those unfamiliar with the natural phenomena that are blowholes, it is basically a cave that faces the ocean which has an opening in its roof. So when waves crash into the cave the water shoots out the hole in the roof. How high it shoots depends on how big the waves are.
